Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with loads of floaties and a large foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy notes with light peach undertones. Taste is also a mix of subtle peachy notes with some citrusy notes and light residuals sugar notes. Body is full with no filtration. Not sure if the floaties were protein lump or peach residue but it did not make the beer particularly enticing. Taste is OK but lacking some balance overall.

Bottle: Poured a deep black brown color ale with a nice large dark off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of toffee and caramelized with some residual sugar notes is quite nice. Taste is a nice mix of caramelized malt with some residual sugar notes and some toffee with light grainy notes also observable. Body is a bit thin for style with good carbonation. Not bad but lacking some balance and body is a bit thinner then I was expecting.

Bouteille 500ml.
