Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.
We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Cask @Mad for Beer (Rome). Cloudy pale golden with a light foam. Aroma is floral, earthy, grass and grapefruit, so so... Flavour is light bitter, light malt profile, boring. Light body, flat. Forget it.

Cask at the Ale House, Reading. An attractive dark copper colour with a loose cream head; aroma of deeply roasted malts with a hint of coffee grounds; soft and fruity in the mouth with a burnt toffee taste; and a dry earthy finish. Perhaps a touch over done.

Handpump (cask) at Buskers pub Rome-Italy. Grazie Valerio. Pours a dark amber color, hazy/cloudy with a nice frothy foamy head. Nose: ouh boy! Nutty, peanuts, coffee. Such a peculiar bitter nose! Great. Mouth: watery in a good way, nutty, balanced bitterness. Great, different and with a session drinking "different" orientation. Just great! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Cask at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell, London, 21 Apr 2015) Pale amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, slightly malty nose with notes of citrus, apricots, biscuity malt and floral hops. Fruity, slightly malty nose with citrus, grapefruit, apricots, a slightly metallic malt character and a dry finish with a generous citric bitterness. Light body, quite dry. Tasty but a bit thin. Quite nice.

On cask at the Bow Bar. Appearance - golden with an oily hop haze. Proportionate head. Nose - grapefruit and lemon. Taste - big pink grapefruit note leading into a marmalade finish. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a dry tangy finish. Good length. Overall - enjoyable beer.
