Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.

We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Cask at the London Brewers Market. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. The nose holds bright, zesty and citrusy hops, wheat, pale bread. Medium sweet flavor with ripening tangerine, peach, wheat, bread, melon, slight pine, dank grass. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; great condition. Lightly resinous on the finish with plump, juicy citrus, subtle pine, some tropical fruits, moist and doughy wheat bread. The more I drink of it the more I like it.

500ml bottle. Clear, orangey amber colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Cautious, citrusy hoppy aroma, hints of grapefruit and gooseberry, some mandarine, malty background with a nuttily biscuit touch. Taste is minimally fruity, bitter hoppy, hints of gooseberry and kiwi, dry, husky, biscuity and minimally nuttily malty basis; slightly chalky and minimally nuttily finish.

500ml bottle. Chrystal clear, orangey, deep golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Cautious citrusy hoppy aroma, hints of kiwifruit and gooseberry, a floral touch, lemon biscuit basis. Taste is fruity hoppy, gooseberry and kiwi again, slightly sweet pale malty basis, quite explicit notes of honeydew melon; super-soft palate. Very gentle, subtle, cautious - pubescent West Coast swank antipode.

Cask@London Drinker 2015 (Friday), Camden Centre, London - amber brown pour with thin white head. Aroma and taste is toasty malts, prominent nutty, with some caramel, toffee, some herbal spicy hop bite in there, really liked this.
