Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.
We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Cask at Craft 100 2014 - Craft Beer Co Clapham, London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a fluffy, white head. Lovely stuff, with nice juicy citrus character, pale biscuits, mango essence, hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation; great condition. Clean finish with light sticky citrus hops, faint bitter straw and grass. Great stuff.

Cask @ Old Wellington, Manchester. Deeper copper-red with no head. Has a strength with a sweetened nose, and some red berry sweetness. Nothing special about it, although this ale before this one at the same place was not in the beat of conditions, so this may be similar.

On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - amber with a nicely proportioned head. Nose - notes of grapefruit and toffee. Light spice. Taste - more of the same. Well melded. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - yeah enjoyable.

330ml bottle [6.9%] @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours a deep hazy brown with foamy mocha head. Aroma is hoppy pine and sweet malt. Taste is smooth red ale with pine, rye and sticky tropical elements blending nicely with a growing flavoursome character. Rather lovely.
