3/9/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is baked pear, polythene, flowers, lavender, caramel, hint of honey. Sugary sweetness, light tartness, extremely dry. Moderate body, light carbonation. Astringent finish. Very interesting and oh so lip numbingly dry.

Medium developing sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, smooth, low carbonation. Drying sweet finish. Very good.

Bottle. Bit hazy light amber. Fresh apple, lots of juice but also a lot of barnyard and cheese. Apricot, soft oak, blueberries, grapes, leather, wet forest. Medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Over medium bodied, soft carbonation. I'm lovin it.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo. A light hazed deep orange coloured pour with a fine white cap. Aroma is dry woody apple pips, bark. musty apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, semi dry apple, tcp, herbal, musty funk, golden apple. Palate is semi sweet, light tart, moderate carbonation.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, golden apple, brown sugars, dusty apple, straw, herbal notes, mellow dunk, musty. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, mellow carbonation.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear petrol yellow coloured pour with a loose halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, mealy apple, pear drops, hint of brown sugars, some leafy herbal notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy pear, apple, twist of lemon, pithy finish. Palate is semi swet, tart, fine massaging carbonation. Packs a big flavour for the very low abv. very refreshing.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo. A mostly clear pale gold coloured pour with a decent white head. Aroma is semi sweet, leafy apple, fennel, light funk, green tea. Flavour is composed of semi sweetr, crisp, pithy pear, woodland fruit, mild citric, herbal notes, light must. Palate is super dry, chalky, fizzy carbonation. really quite unique, packs a full flavour for the low ABV.
