2/1/2023. BIAB sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity, juicy, semi-sweet apples, caramel, light funk. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, oily, soft carbonation. Increasingly funky finish. Nice sweet and tart mix. Enjoyed this.

Well, this is the cider in a box version, which is still and 6.0%. Hazy golden color. Big apple fruit aroma with apple skins and dried leaves. Taste is slightly sweet apple sauce and raisins. Very tasty

Perry in a box dort of thing at the White Horse in Edwardstone. Very slightly hazy very pale yellow color, still. Earthy pear skin aroma. Taste has subtle tartness and fruity pear and apple. Very tasty

Bottle at home picked up from HOTM. Bottle was a bit of a gusher. A light hazed bright deep orange coloured pour with a fizzy off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, nice fresh apple juice, candy apple, light funk, fresh, light brown sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, crisp fresh apple juice, light tart, bark, hint of caramel. Palate is semi sweet, light tart, frothy airy carbonation, crisp finish. Super easy going. Very nice.
