750 ml bottle online from Fine Cider Cio. Pours light hazed pale yellow with a slim white cap. Aroma: smoke, peat, whisky barrel, apples. Taste: light sweet, firmly dry, low tannins, smoke, char, oaky, earthy. Medium body with light carbonation. First sip I wasn't sure, but the more I drank the more I enjoyed it

From notes, May 2019. Sampled at the source. Cloudy yellow color, still. Aroma of overripe pear and flowers. Taste is tart, funky, fruity. Gorgeous.

330ml bottle from Vine and Grain, Beverley. Misty deep gold. Nice aged feel, oaky warmth, caramelised brown sugar, moderate acidity, soft tannins.. really nice.

Bottle. Aroma of apple sweetness, oak, bit of vinegar. Deep reddish golden-amber with lace. Quite effervescent at first. Crisp, bitter flavor, touch of tartness and sweetness, funky, oaky edge. Perfect carbonation is light but persistent. Quite wonderful. Slight puckery feeling in the mouth lasts a long time.

Sample thanks to danlo. Clear golden orange appearance. Nicely sweet keeved fruit aroma, continuing to taste with additional dessert notes, soft tannin, nice full fleshy sweet character. Excellent as always.

Bottle. Tannic notes, apple, slightly acidic. Bruised apple. Nicely tannic in the flavor, good tartness, slightly aged apple, nice bit of sweetness touch of acetone. Very nice.
