10th July 2016: day four of the RBESG. 1st beer of the day sat outside La Mes Petita, Barcelona. Draft pour, mini-haze to the deep golden body, the head a small, thin white affair. Both the aroma and taste were a pleasant blend of light malts and tropical fruits with a mild citrus leaning. Decent refreshing brew, good start to what was to be a long, heavy session as we progressed the ’Grand Tasting Two’.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tn head. Aroma is fruity, grapefruity and slight citrusy. Toasted malt. Crisp hoppy, fruity, peachy, grapefruity and citrusy. Smooth lingering fruity and bitter finish.

Draft at La Mes Petita, RBESG 2016. Black with a small beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, fudge, molasses and roast. Flavour is light heavy sweet and bitter. Full bodied with soft carbonation. [10-07-2016]

Tap at La Mes Petita. Hazy golden with big bright head. Strong dank grassy hops, marijuana, light biscuits, light citrus peel. Under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a bit dry feel.
