Hazy pale golden, small frothy white to off-white head, receding slowly, light lacing; shy aroma, pale malts, orange, lemon, peach, grass; taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, citrusy; sweetbitter aftertaste, herbal notes; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation; decent.

10th July 2016: on-tap at Cerveseria La Més Petita, Barcelona with the RBESG guys. The last beer of the first session and the one we didn’t really want too see, an 11.3% ABV Imp Stout. It was also the best of the beers (in my opinion) we had while sat outside the pleasant little bar, we had all eight beers on-tap before moving on. Black bodied with a decent, lasting beige head. Roasted malts rule this brew with chocolate and coffee in both the nose and taste, light nutty notes mid-sip. Creamy texture, but not oily.

10th July 2016: on-tap at Cerveseria La Més Petita, Barcelona with the RBESG guys. Slight haze to the golden body, white head on top. Tropical fruits with a mild citrus leaning from the Equinox hops, dry and refreshing, a light herbal note or two in the aftertaste.

10th July 2016: on-tap at Cerveseria La Més Petita, Barcelona with the RBESG guys. Almost black bodied in the afternoon shade as we sat outside (the bar being too small for us all to fit in), beige head on top. Slightly over roasted malts in the nose and taste with a little liquorice and toffee flavours seeping through in the taste. Not great, but not bad.
