A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Brett notes, light cork, fruity esters, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light cork, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at L’autre oeil. 8-3-8-3-14

Hazy, dull tan, medium head. The aroma is orange, grapefruit...just nice bright citrusy hops. Bitter, orange rind, touch of grapefruit, with an indistinct pale malt.

Bottle - Lots of caramel and woody notes. Deep dark brown with a rich beige head. Sweet whisky notes, caramel and light grains with a long sweet finish. Touch of Apple and booze throughout.

Cloudy, tan, bubbly head. Brett first. Some icing sugar sweet pale malts, a fair bit of nice orangey hop, and I like it, but not super clean or complex.

Citrus and some banana. Tastes fresh like listerine. Hazy golden pour with big foamy head. Clean finish. Great light easy drinking beer. Bottle.

Amber, bright, no head. The apricot comes over quite assertively, with a touch of heavy pale malts and the finishing with brett.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast character and a touch of vinous character. Flavour is along the same lines, with tons of brett, light vinous character and wild yeast. Very funky, with a bit of tannin character.
