Fin bitterhet og like fin mersmak i avslutningen.

O:7.63 V:4.21 G:7.31 C:3.55 G:15.25 T:37.95

Dark brown colour with ruby highlights, a nice fluffy, creamyish light mocha-coloured head with good retention and pretty packed up sticky lacing. Mild roasted malt aromas with some dark fruitiness (plums, light raisins). This continues into the taste with the roasted barley lingering on the tongue. Some nice dryness comes from the hops in the finish. A nice Scwarzbier with good balance between the organic malted barley and hops.

Clean, golden colour with a white frothy cap, good stay and lots of sticky lacing. Spicy-caramel malt aromas with some vinous notes and a touch of yeast. Crisp mouthfeel with a little stickiness, and then some soft dryness. Refreshing white grape flavours with herbal notes and mild maltiness in the background. Quite a nice, drinkable New Zealand Pilsner that has a Pils-spiciness, but a blend of white wine.

Pours a hazy, golden-orange colour with a nice frothy-creamyish warm-white head, good retention and full lacing streaks. Aromas of orange juice over some light caramel malt base, with notes of tropical fruits, pineapples, peaches and herbal hints, white grapes. Smooth, kind of creamy mouthfeel with just a touch of building dryness. Citrus zest flavours with some tropical, stone fruits and some mild grassy-bitterness comes along. Quite a nice, fruity, juicy NEIPA with Riwaka and Motueka that has a decent zesty-dryness in the end.

Clean, golden colour with a whitish cap, average stay and light lace. Cereal malt aromas with some decent spiciness, grassiness and mineral notes. With time, caramel malt comes out in the base. Getting some rye flavours, giving bread taste with a touch of honey, spices in the finish. Decent dryness. A nice organic Pilsner with the grain, spiciness and somewhat refreshing.

Hazy with small spice-particles floating around. Golden colour with an amber hue, a frothy-creamy warm off-white head, good stay and a bunch of lacing. Big pineapple sweet-fruitiness in the aromas with some caramel in the base, a piney touch and some grassiness. The mouthfeel is wet with a touch of drying in the finish. Flavours of citrus, notes of tropical fruits, a tad grass and caramel malts. Quite a nice juicy, hazy Pale Ale with a bit of West Coast on this New England-style.

An orangy hazed colour with a golden hue. The head is fizzy, white, disappears quickly and leaves only a thin, small ring on the brew. Getting lots of tropical fruits in the nose, but with a big sour aromas which gives me more of a wild ale than a Witbier. Not as sour in the taste, but the whole mouth is milder. The fruits do blend well with the sourness. Hints of herbs and spices. A pretty good fruity brew, but more of a Wild Ale with tropical fruits than a Witbier.
