Aroma: Strong bourbon accents with molasses, anise, and oakwood. Beautiful complex and powerful nose. Appearance: Murky brown with little creamy head, leaving a thick film on glass but with a very little lacing. Taste: Caramel and toffee explosion, with notes of butter and oak as finish. Very sweet and delicious. Fabulous for pairing dessert. Finish is with oak and wood accents. Bourbon is wrapping everything very nicely. Body is full, texture syrupy. Flavors are sweet and powerful; it’s like chewing a piece of toffee dipped in bourbon.

Second brew from this new brewery from Rigaud, QC. Pours a dark brown colour with red highlights. The beige head is decent with little lacing. The aromas are wonderful with coffee, chocolate, roasted malt and nuts. More on the roasted malt side of things for the taste, with the others being hints of. Nice creamy mouthfeel with some mild stickiness. This is a beautiful oatmeal stout for those who like the roasted malt, but also love notes of chocolate, coffee and nuts.

Purchased this Organic Pale Ale at a local IGA. Pours a clean amber colour with a foamy, light beige coloured head that stays quite a while and gives out soapy lacing. Nice fresh hoppy nose with floral perfumes. Seems to disappear quickly. The hop is not as powerful in the taste though. Grainy flavours with some light grapefruits showing in the finish. Not really bitter, slightly more dry. A nice Pale Ale for those who like the hoppy aromas, but prefer the cereal malt in the mouth.
