Bottle: Poured a hazy medium orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention. Aroma of light Brett notes with some dry hops notes and lightly sweet malt notes. Taste is a quiet complex mix between some Brett notes with light funky ester mix in with Nobel dry hops and some sweet malt with a light spicy yeast finish. Body is quite full for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very well brewed with good balance and nice drinkability factor.

Bottle at "30 år av surt", on May 5, 2012 in Göteborg.

Bottle at my Pre-CBC Tune-Up Tasting, thanks to Leighton. It pours straw yellow, with a quickly dissipating white head. The nose is farmyard, herbal, medicinal, funk, vinous, floral and a touch of honey. The taste is tart lemon, wheat, hay, grass. tangy citrus, farmyard, white grape, orange peel and medicinal notes, with a dry, slightly tart finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Good balance and easy drinking. A very good Witbier.

Refrigerated 75 cl corked and caged bottle, batch #1, dated May 2011 from joepeesie poured into a weizen glass. Pours translucent pale golden with msall white head taht dissapates quickly. Good big bubble lacing, medium body, and funk/citrus aroma. Taste starts sweet citrus (mostly lemon), coriander, funky sour yeast, some oak, some vineous, and hint of pepper. Complex version of a white beer, a little better as it warms. Another good selection Joe.

From the 5/2012 3R6P tasting. +++Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this beer poured a hazy pale yellow color with a small foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was dry, spicy, musty and very bretty. The flavor was sour and tangy with honey, strong citrus, strong brett and notes of chamomile, floral hops, chardonnay and agave. the finish was long and dry with lingering brett and chamomile. Fairly full bodied. Interesting but not much of a Tripel.
