Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, spices, and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcoholm, nuts, and cocoa, leading to a dry finish. Reminds me of an American. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a deep reddish amber with a small, off-white head. Aroma of burned caramel and overripe fruit. Solid body, sweet caramel, toffee, rosted malts and oxidized overripe fruit. Warming alcohol in the finish. 221109

Draught at Bokbierfestival 2008. Very good roasted flavour. Dark brown colour. Big stable creamy light brown head. Sweetish and roasted flavour. Quite nutty, hazelnut.

From tap at Bokbierfestival 2008. Pours almost clear deep amber with a dense off white head. Yeasty and malty aroma. Mild malty and dark flavoured with a mild acidic note and dry bitterness showing through. Smooth and mild spiced finish.
