Can @ Beer Run Harlem, Manhattan NYC. Just before it's closure a few days later, I found this at Beer Run. It pours lightly cloudy dark yellow with a small foamy light beige head, faint rice aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter to bitter taste with fiant rice flavor, thin body, long bitter finish. The jasmine is very subtle in the background perhaps,

16oz can pours a limey gold, light haze, some white head. Nose has grist, corn, some green hop, light dough. Flavors mostly follow. Faded some as the can went on, but the grain at the front was pleasant. Hop also fades in the mouth some. Medium bodied and just off dry. Easy drinker.

16 ounce can from Hamilton Super BuyRite. Number one with a bullet. Hazed orange gold pour. Dense beige head is substantial. Great lacing. Aromas of melon, peach and papaya. Flavor is sweet and juicy. Notes of stone fruit and melon abound. Peach, papaya, mango and pine needles emerge. Well attenuated with a trail of lacing all the way down to the bottom of the glass.

Draft at the brewery. Crystal clear gold with some wispy white head. Really grainy, grist, white dough, flowers, honey. Flavors same, light wood but an ode to grain. Delish. Peppery on the end. Easy drinker but nice.

Stellar! Been wanting to try a beer from them for ages. Not pictured, but the lobster grilled cheese was just heavenly.

Can from Appalachian, Christmas 2024, I think. Sat around for a while in the fridge. No born on date from this great brewery.
Pint glass at home. Fizzy yellow beer, trying hard not to be hazy but is. Strong, pillowy white head.
Weak but clean nose of softly sweet grains & baked citrus.
Taste is matcha & saltines with some faint pithy citrus. All very delicate but avoidant.
Frothy, tight malt, medium acid, well done & satisfying Kolsch with salty adjuncts.
Still good.

16 oz can. Pitch black color, fast dying head. Aroma is deep roasted grain, light smoke, coffee. Flavor of dark bread, coffee grinds, soft smoke. Soft Noble hop presence. This is well constructed.
