Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-clear copper color with a quickly dissipating finger's worth of white semi-foamy head; just light wispy lace
Aroma: sweet wheat, light coriander, lemony, subtle bubblegum, light floral to grassy character
Flavor: slightly leans towards the sweeter side with the previously mentioned aromas, subtle bitter floral tones in there; finishes with the sweet wheat, coriander and the lemony tones
Texture: between light and medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smooth tones, light coriander does stab a little bit on the tongue but really faint
Overall: I think I liked it more for me but honestly a true witbier, I only entered "witbier" in Brewver cause that's what OEC calls it but maybe trying this one again might change my perspective.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a little white wine and citrus. Flavor is yeasty esters, a bit of citrus and finishes on a spicy note which I guess are the grains of paradise. A little light all around and even though I got the saison yeast esters that I like, they were pretty muted. Still worthy of a try.

Can to nonic glass.
Appearance: dark copper/auburn color with a two finger eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light foamy lace
Aroma: sweet, floral and spicy parts of the rye up front with an underlying maltiness and an even lighter dose of grassy semi-spicy hoppiness
Flavor: blends the prior mentioned aromas to a light spicy to earthy and floral taste then leads into the aftertaste in the same effect
Texture: medium bodied, some sessionability to this; some floral grip on the tongue but nothing overbearing; finishes crisp, clean and semi-sweet
Overall: I like this rye beer, but to be honest, I believe I'm still learning more about Roggenbiers, I'd bang this again.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: burnt yellow to orange cardboard color with a three finger white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and leave some mild foamy lace
Aroma: lots of tropical fruity hops, some lemon, light oranges and a touch of biscuity character
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas semi-sweet with a kind yeasty tone to it; mellow aftertaste of the tropical fruitiness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; semi-smooth along the tongue; finishes crisp and quaint
Overall: pretty good flavorful lager with Galaxy hops which I would love to have again.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: muddy yellow to brilliant orange color with a two finger white foamy head which slides off delicately to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral to tart to earthy and barrel-ish tones play with some hay, wheaty malts and semi-sweet grainy tones, light tart scent, even lighter sour scent
Flavor: combines all the prior aromas to a nice tart to grainy sweet vibe; subtle aftertaste of floral and earthy qualities
Texture: medium bodied, semi-sipper, semi-dry along the tongue; then finishes semi-dry through the floral tones
Overall: so this is some kind of cross between a Biere De Garde and a wild ale? I guess. Which I don't mind if that's what OEC was going for.

Overall: interesting take on an IPA, would I have this again? Hmmm, possibly.
