Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow color with a sly transparency about it and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy, floral and some citrusy rind bitterness with a light white pepper tone to it with some light clean malts; yuzu juice? I think it seems to come and go
Flavor: slightly bitter then gently leads into some bittersweet through the prior noted aromas: finishes clean and citrusy with a touch of floral
Texture: light bodied; sessionable; clear smoothness along the tongue
Overall: so the yuzu juice was more or less really just in the aroma? well, alrighty then, I thought there would be more of it but man oh man, boy was I wrong.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy pale yellow color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sly sweet wheat, light earthy spice (can't quite right really pick out what kind of spice that it); some floral tones, light lemon; light notes of pear
Flavor: meshes the previously noted aromas to a fine sweet character as the earthy spice seems way more faded here; finishes lemony, subtle pears and a tone of some floral character
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue
Overall: I accept this as a witbier though pretty lighter than the true Belgian ones but the other thing is where was the lime peel I thought I heard was supposed to be in this? I'd try this again in hopes of finding the lime

Can to mug.
Appearance: copper color with an almost some transparency about it; then a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: caramel/toffee malts with some clean bready tones; floral to herbal hops
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together to a nice sweet character; finishes bready and malty
Texture: between light and medium bodied; sessionable; very smooth along the tongue
Overall: another nicely done beer by OEC I would definitely return to.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: red in color with some transparency about it and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark fruits, some caramel malts, dark bread, light oak, animal cracker-like sweetness
Flavor: wraps up the previously noted aromas to a fine intermingling of sweet to earthy and dark fruity varieties; finishes malty bready with clean caramel and earthy tones
Texture: medium bodied - hmmmm, maybe a touch under; this is sessionable; good smoothness about this beer
Overall: nicely done Biere De Garde as far as i know, I would come back to this.

Can to chalice.
Appearance: dark red to dark brown color with a finger's worth of eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: caramel malts, toasted nuts, white pepper, dark fruits, light Belgian sugars, brown sugar, banana, dark bread and light notes of some Belgian yeast
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to spicy to earthy quality; finishes perhaps a touch sweeter than expected with the dark fruits
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; that "back of the throat" grab like a Belgian quad should be doing - it's a dry pull with some smoothness to it
Overall: yes, this is a Belgian quad brewed by an American brewer! Woop woop, well how about that! And yes sirreee, I would definitely welcome this again!

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: copper color with a slight transparency and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated to leave some light lace
Aroma: rustic with subtle funk then with a mix of green and red apples; a light clove spice; a touch of hay/grass; sweet wheat and a touch of citrusy character
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet then underscored by a light spicy to semi-bitter quality; finishes with the mix of those apples, light clove and funky/tart character
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue; some brush of clove rubs on the tongue but extremely faint
Overall: I say a pretty nicely done APWA in a pretty different sort of way to the style, put this up with a football game in Autumn and I'll call it a day then.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: copper color with a sly transparency about it; a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral to citrusy hops with some biscuity/bready malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet quality; finishes malty sweet to super lightly hop bitterness
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; great smoothness, nothing distracting to the tongue
Overall: I say a very nicely done easy going lager I'd have again and probably straight from the can by my grill!

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow with some transparency to it and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet passion fruit with a little bit of the tartness; lighter tones of guava; light citrusy pulpiness and a sly note of biscuity malts
Flavor: bittersweet through the prior noted aromas; finishes somewhat passion fruity with a touch of lemon (not exactly sure where the lemon came from, hmmmmm, well it is what it is, I guess)
Texture: light to medium bodied - perhaps closer to the light side; sessionable; some smoothness but also noticeable dryness and some hop bitterness
Overall: I read somewhere OEC and Monstruo de Agua are calling this a Mexican IPA. I believe I could have this beer again - it's not bad.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: floral and citrusy hoppiness up front with a clean malt bill
Flavor: intertwines the prior noted aromas to a clean bittersweet quality; finishes semi-citrusy and malty
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness to it; medium hop bitterness to the tongue
Overall: I heard this is OEC's first IPA, well, it's not a bad stab at a style that everyone else is doing; however, I believe I might enjoy the other unique beers they do. This seems a bit old school-ish. I think I "might" be able to come back to this.

Appearance: dark amber color with a thin cap of an off-white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: cherry sweet and cherry tart character with Brett-like sour to a light raspberry & semi-plum-like tart and sweet quality;
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas and adds in a light clean caramel maltiness; finishes with the tart to sour cherry to raspberry tone
Texture: between light and medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper; some smoothness but comes with a bit of dryness
Overall: as far as I know this was a pretty nicely done Flemish red ale worthy of coming back to.
