Description
With a foundation in homebrewing in 1992, Paul Kavulak set about to experiment within a hobby that would prove both entertaining and, at times, refreshing. Over a period of roughly 13 years, and with the able assistance of his wife Kim, this activity led to the opening of the Nebraska Brewing Company’s brewpub in Shadow Lake Towne Center in Papillion, Nebraska, on November 17, 2007. A new production brewery and taproom were opened in January of 2014. Located on the south side of the Omaha Metro, but still a large part of the Omaha Craft Beer scene.

12 oz. can from HEB in San Antonio, TX. Pours a hazy straw yellow color with a bright white head and very good retention. Almost no lacing. Lemony aroma. Sweet lemony flavor, almost tart. Drinks like a soda. Super refreshing. Very chuggable. Not really much beer flavor, but a great post run beer. Light body. Medium carbonation. Zero bitterness.
