Dark mahogany brown, clear, with a thin off-whte head, lacing. A nice nutty malt aroma comes out with light floral hops. Light nutty taste, with peaty notes, and smooth bitterness. Oily mouthfeel. Summer 2005, on tap.

A hazy amber beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is lovley sweet and very hoppy. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and an OK hop presence, though not extremely hoppy. The hops gives it some citrus notes, and a dry hoppy end.

A red-brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted malty, while the flavor is only slightly sweet with notes of roasted malt and hints of prunes. The roastiness gives it a dry end, and the body is thin. Pretty average Noire, hence boring.

A hazy red-brown beer with a nice, but collapsing light brown beer. The aroma is very sweet with notes of alcohol as well as hints of metal, from the alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, nuts, alcohol, and metal, as well as hints of wood. The nuttiness and alcohol gives it a dry end.

A hazy orange beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is sweet and primarily with notes of brewmash, but also some hints of malt. The flavor is sweet malty and with a dry hoppy end. The body is thin and the mouthfeel very carbonated. Nothing wrong - just boring.

A hazy amber beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is hoppy - though not extremely hoppy, but also with notes of caramel and some citrus - probably from the hops. The flavor is sweet and quite hoppy, with some alfa acids being present, but also pretty strong notes of caramel, that makes the mouthfeel slightly sticky.
