We brew small batches of hand crafted ales, using the best malts, loads of mostly New World hops and a relentless passion for good beer. When creating our beers, we are inspired by Nordic nature, Estonian new cuisine and the work of our fellow microbrewers in the U.S., UK and Scandinavia who, in our opinion, are leading the craft beer revolution.
In hops we trust!

Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, smoke, ash, liquorice and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, smoke and bitterness. A tasty burnt brew with quite subtle smoked features.

330mL bottle, pours a black with a small tan head. Nose is full of rich roasted malt, tons of spicy rye, caramelized burnt brown sugars, and rye whiskey barrels. Flavour is elegant, complex and forceful, with huge spicy rye whiskey barrels, chewy rye malt, caramelized brown sugar, molasses, and cocoa. Good amount of sugars here to balance the intense rye—both from the malt and barrels. Fantastic stuff.

0.33 l bottle shared with Sir Damir at the Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Thanks. Oily dark amber to black, minimal head. Aroma is oak, molasses, alcohol, hint of lacquer, but not too much. Hints of chocolate and dried blueberries. Sweet molasses, dried fruit, raisins, a bitter stingy note, likely from rye, roast and hops together. Good balance, still on the sweet side. Nice hint of earthy roast and bitter herbs in the finish.
