Keg at Taphouse CPH, RBESG ’15 day 3, 22/08/15. Amber with reddish hues and no head. Nose is sweet, honeycomb, caramel, light berry fruit. Taste comprises booze fumes, aniseed, dark fruit notes. Full bodied, cloying mouth feel, sweet and boozey I’m the close.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma of floral honey, light fruits and caramel. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium bodied with alcohol warmth in the palate and no carbonation.

20cl bottle. Clear deep golden colour, no head and aroma of honey, hibiscus, alcohol. Taste is sweet, honey, some caramel, berry, and boozey. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation, warming finish. Quite sippable.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Dunkel orangebraune Farbe. Geruch nach dunklen Beeren, Honig, sehr alkoholisch. Geschmack sehr süß, Honig, dunkle Beeren, brennend alkoholisch.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Clear yellowish color, no head. Aroma is pretty nice, honey, some alcohol, a hint of dried fruits. Taste honey, dried apples, alcohol, sweet. Strong, but not bad actually.

Der süße Antrunk hat bereits vom Beginn an alkoholische Noten. Leider wird der alkohol stärker, das Met wässriger und die Honignoten nehmen komplett ab. Kräuternuancen im Hintergrund. 9/9/8/8/8/9
