Black topped with a khaki cap that veers to the edge.
Nose is chocolate, caramel, dark malts, charr, dried fruit rinds.
Taste comprises dark malts, chocolate, salted caramel, dried fruit rinds, toffee.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, light drying close.
Okay impy stout if a touch on the thin side.

Golden colour, good white head and lace. Barnyard aroma, faint spices. Light-bodied. Pale malts, hayish herbal notes, barnyard lurking, some citrus. Empty finish. Odd Saison, not much going on except that barnyard vibe.

0.75 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before December 2031. Pitch black with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, quite roasty aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, roasted hazelnut and light vanilla. Rather sweet, malty, gently roasty-bitter taste of dark chocolate, hard roasted coffee, licorice, roasted hazelnut and some vanilla, followed by a long, quite roasty-bitter, slightly warming finish. Full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Tasty as usual, really well-executed, has nothing in common with Kees' booze bombs from the past. Still, the necessity of so much alcohol is questionable as the same result can be achieved with half of it.

Troebel geel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en fruitig met iets van ananas, citrus en wat hars. OK.

0.33 l can from the brewery's web shop, best before December 2026. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, slightly resiny aroma of orange jam, passion fruit, pineapple and some pine. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral and slightly resiny taste of orange jam, pineapple, grapefruit and some pine, followed by a medium long, quite bitter finish. Medium to full body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Lovely IPA, very classic.

Cerveza de aspecto turbio y color amarillo dorado, forma espuma blanca esponjosa de media retención. En nariz es suave a la par que agradable, notas de cereal, hierba, cierto recuerdo de resina y un fondo algo amaderado. En boca es chispeante, seca, algo punzante, posee un fondo maltoso con recuerdos de burbon, final más herbal, amargo y seco. Bastante disfrutable.

Black pour with a beige head. Chocolate, dark malts, some roasted notes, hint of burnt malt, licorice, molasses, bitter cocoa. Medium to full body. Finish is dry and bitter. Lovely pour.

Donkerbruin tot zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet en krachtig met veel koffie, een klein beetje rook, wat toffee, karamel en bittere chocolade. Een heel goed bier.
