Description

From tap at Proeflokaal Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 01.01.20. Translucent pale golden. Diminishing white head. Aroma of American hops, lemon, lime, sorrel, pineapple and a hint of pure brett. Similar taste. Medium bitternes. Quite dry.

375ml bottle, many thanks to MonsterMagnet for this! Black appearance, thin off-white head. Quite a complex beast this. Good carbonation giving life to a smorgasbord of flavours encompassing cola, roasted nuts, liquorice, umami, espresso with a gentle vinous oak influence... excellent depth of flavour, hugely enjoyable.

Bottle at home. Dark amber with white ring head. Roasted rye, sour cherries, old cherries, old oak, sherry, cheesy funk. Moderate sweet and bitter, mild sour. Over medium body and soft carbonation. Quite decent.
