Cask gravity at Kent BF. To be ever known at Per Ubu, the Swedish beer. Chestnut, thin off white head. Rather a harsh hop aroma. Really rather nice and different from the run of the mill best bitters. Bit of tea. Very herby hop. Good condition.

(Cask at Wenlock Arms, London 27 Apr 2007) Dark amber colour, slightly cloudy, with firm off-white head. Fruity nose with loads of citrus (orange, mandarin, Seville orange). Fruity taste with citrus (orange, mandarin), apricots and a good puff of earthy hops in the finish. It was one of the last pints in the cask, but seemed to be in ok condition. Very nice one.

Cask Conditioned at Banbury Beer Festival Fri 21-04-06. I was very impressed with both of the Purity beers served at this event. Tasted wonderfully fresh much like the other Purity beer. A golden beer that is full of hops and taste, this would make a super session beer, lovely lingering finish an excellent beer.
