[ As Bullfinch Notorius ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, coffee, dark roasted, moderate hoppy, wood - oak - earthy, fruity hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, roastedl sweet malt, light burnt, malt and hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle at home, 6th September 14. Quite liked this. Unusual take in an IPA, some more musky smoke, good mix and some bitterness. not bad

On tap at the brewery with Harry. Gold slightly hazy. Some softness some orange. Bitterness on the finish. Nice though. Very drinkable.

330ml bottle. Hazy, dark amber colour with absurdely huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Fruity hoppy aroma has notes of gooseberry, red and blue berries, herbal notes of corresponding shrubs. Taste is minimally nuttily malty, husky, notes of (unripe) berries can’t counter adequately, minimal tartness, more herbal dry- than hop bitterness of the berries’ parings. Very British.

330ml Bottle - Very dark brown with a foamy head. Soapy hops, citrus and roasted malt in the aroma. Hoppy, soapy and moderately roasted taste with liquorice and coffee detected.

330ml Bottle - Hazy copper with a small head. Toffee, dried apricot and resinous hops in the aroma. Fruity and bitter taste with raisins, resinous hops and fruitcake. Nice but could do with a bit more balance. Enjoyable, though
