Bottle. Pours a amber with a slight orange hue and tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grain with a light fruit note and a bit of grassy citrus underlying. Flavor has sweet grain with a slight musty note and a bit of grass and citrus supporting.

Bottle. Golden amber color with white and fine foam. Aroma: very good, dried fruit, honey, malt, raisins and sweet dessert muscat wine. Taste: sweet like candy and liqueur wine, raisins and candied fruit. Great beer.

A colablack beer, a head is medium and light brown. Aroma has roastiness and coffee with citrusfruits and pine. Taste has roastiness of coffee, pine ja some grapefruits. Bitterness is almost in the medium level. Medium bodied, fluffy and great palate. The beer with simple notes but otherwise balanced and pleasant.

A quite light yellow beer, a head is almost medium and blond. Aroma has fruitness and some overriped fruits, some citrusfruits and honeydew. Taste has sweet mandarin, some caramel and citrusfruits. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Unique flavours but not very succesfully. Too mild bitterness.

Bottiglia @ Simei 2015, Milano. Al naso arrivano idee di orzo tostato e caffè. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è considerevole. Il corpo è pieno, in equilibrio tra un medio malto dolce e un medio luppolo amaro. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono lunghe. Il finale è pulito. Il retrogusto è intenso. La bocca riporta sentori di tannico, caffè e pane tostato.

Bottiglia @ Simei 2015, Milano. Il gusto al naso rimanda al luppolo. L’intensità olfattiva è molto elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è considerevole. Le bollicine che arrivano alla superficie sono fini. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L’amaro è carico. L’intensità gustativa è molto elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona e lunga. Il gusto è godereccio. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. I sentori sono di pane, frutta secca e agrumi. Variazioni plus, lattina bevuta il 16/01/2026 alle ore 15:00 [A 6 A 7 F 7 T 8 O 7.4] Il naso viene catturato dal fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano note di miel, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, arancia amara e mandarino.
