Appearance: pours straw-yellow and hazy, with no head.
Aroma: subtle yet complex—grassy hop character layered with farmhouse funk and tart fruit tones, including lemon, passion fruit, pineapple, and a whisper of peach.
Flavor & Mouthfeel: starts modest then unfolds into delicate spiciness, hay-like malt nuances, and a restrained fruit profile. A discreet bitterness and a slightly muted finish hint at a refined balance. Medium body with moderate carbonation offers a clean, smooth drinking experience..

Bottle, 2024 vintage. Bready malt aroma with notes of pear, spicy Belgian yeast, pepper, clove, grain and banana. Pours clear golden colored with a finger white head that has good retention and lacing. Starts with bready malt, pear, pepper and banana flavors. Finishes dry with grainy malt, spicy Belgian yeast and clove flavors. Excellent Belgian style blond.

Gift bottle. Hazy orange-gold body with only small patches of foam Aroma: a layered bouquet of tropical and citrus fruits – juicy orange, grapefruit, passion fruit, and ripe mandarin – complemented by delicate floral notes, resinous undertones, and a subtle coriander-like spice. Flavor: silky, slightly creamy entry, followed by an intense fruitiness accented by a fresh, well-integrated tartness. Notes of citrus, mandarin, and grapefruit merge with floral and resinous facets. A moderate yet persistent bitterness lingers on the palate, harmonizing with the beer’s complex aromatic profile. Overall: exceptionally balanced and dangerously drinkable for a Triple IPA of this strength.

Stemless at the hotel to clear weight right before we head out to the airport. First time I don't go after the obvious RR choices.
Medium light gold, slightly dull, lovely dense, Cool Whip frothy head.
Fresh herbal citrus kick in the nose. In sensing a witbier feel.
Twangy, half-sharp, super herbal hops, heavy coriander, starchy dry finish, slight black pepper burn.
Quality, but not sure I actually like this. At least as a whole.

Bottled on 2/20/25. Stemless back at the hotel before the airport cab.
Clear, bright, light gold, insanely fluffy & sticky head. No infection, it's just voluminous.
Floral sour, pungent, extra sharp citrus nose.
Citrus forward, legit coriander no dust, complex multi grain, white pepper, sour lemon, moderate acidity, sharp herbal hops, no burn.
This is honestly great.

Via Bottlecraft North Park. Bottled 07.09.25, so less than a month old. Stemless wine glass back at the hotel first thing after work.
Nice initial cascade. It settles into a hazy, uniform, pale orange pour. Tall, sticky, lathery head.
Smell is bitter tangerine, sweet lemon, booze & some weed whacking.
Soft creamsicle orange, strong herbal & muted pine hops, a little menthol cooling, mild to moderate lingering astringency, overall bittersweet. Really amazing, concentrated tangerine burps will happen.
Extra frothy, slurry, a little dense, a touch boozy, high acid.
Tis a better than average hazy, with less candied fruit & more pith.
Decent enough. 3.6
