330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark golden colour with small, frothy, rapidly diminishing, white head. Spicy yeasty, wheaty and oaty aroma, hints of oat flakes and apple purée, Taste is dubiously alcoholic, slightly yeasty spicy and unspecific fruity. Obviously I grew up in another hefeweißbier traditie.

Tap at Taprroom during pubcrawl. Clear dark brown with light tan head. Sweet roasted chocolate malts, bitter brown leaves, cola nut, syrup. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium body, soft round feel, soft carbonation. Bit mocha-esque. Bittersweet syruppy finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Dubbelbock on 22 Dec 2017 at 18:34 - Score: 7. On tap at PINT Bokbierfestival 2015. Clear, deep red with a big, creamy, tan head. Sweetish-malty aroma of raisins, brown sugar and caramel. Sweetish, fruity-malty taste of dark cherries, plums, molasses and raisins. Short, slightly bitter finish with notes of licorice. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

33cl bottle from Melgers. Almost no head. Vedry low carbonation. Hazy golden pour. Not cloudy enough for the style. An average weizen
