En toute sincérité, on ne goûte pas du tout ce qui est annoncé... Le nez y est mais ça s’arrête là; ce qui caractérise une Double fait défaut. J’adore votre Blanche, votre rousse, votre IPA ert votre Double IPA. Au fait, merci pour le format bouteille de votre Imperial Stout, c’est mieux pour la planète!!

Cloudy blond color, small head. Simple aroma, a bit spicy. Correct body strength, the mouthfeel is lightly oily; the malt profile is decent, it has a mild spicy flavor, some zesty hops, but also some plastic.
Ok beer.

Can. Hazy, light tan. The aroma has some funky yeast, a light grainy note and a whack of coriander. A bit thin, sort of tart, and a light spiciness. All round a bit thin and light.

500mL can, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of coriander upfront, followed by toasted dry grains and some citrus. Flavour brings out bright citrus and coriander upfront, with dry toasted grains on the finish. Wouldn't have actually guessed this is gluten free. Decent, but boring.

C’est bien désolant mais ma note est très honnête. Au moins, certaines bières commerciales ont de la mousse, de l’effervescence et du goût! J’adore vos IPA’s et la Série Gastronomique mais ça, c’est très passable...

Désolé mais je n’ai rien de bon à dire sur celle-ci. C’est clairement la pire de leurs offrandes... Je comprends totalement pourquoi elle n’est disponible que dans leur 4-pack mixte.

473ml can from Saveur Biere. Yellow-brown amber colour, white foam head and aroma of buckwheat and fruity hop. Taste is buckwheat, corn grain, sweetish, and spicy with an orangey citric hop bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, tangy bitter finish. Quite OK.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good carbonation. Aroma of bitter coffee notes with bitter chocolate notes is interesting. Taste is a mix of astringent coffee notes with some bitter chocolate notes with a green pepper finish. Body is about average for style with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. There is too much green pepper notes for my liking in this beer.
