Sample from 2018 bottle at Streetside during That’s My Jam: A Fruited Beer Festival on 06/22/2019. Hazy reddish-orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of cherry, oak, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart cherry, oak, funky yeast, citrus and malt. The finish is tart and funky with a cherry aftertaste. Good beer overall.

So, I bought this thinking it would be a fine lager, but no, its just another hoppy bastardized beer. Hey, if you want IPA, get IPA; don't make another style an IPA, how straight up stupid ass. THis can pours very light pale. It has just a mild aroma of hops, so I guess there's still hope. Well, guess what, its bitter as all hell. Just like a bitter APA or even a mild IPA. Then, there is this astringent bitterness that stays in your mouth after each swig, terrible aftertaste. Yes, just another rude ass hoppy beer; how about we get over the everything hop thang for a change? FTH (F da hops) At least it does have some decent carbonation.

Refrigerated into 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a cup. Aroma is herbal hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is herbal hops.

On draught at 101 Beer Kitchen Dublin during the MadTree and 101 Beer Kitchen Shifty Vol. 2 Collaboration Release event for CCBW on 05/22/2019. Clear copper color with a medium thick bone white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Aroma of piney hops, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, citrus and caramel malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a piney hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Big and chewy, with a equal amount of caramel sweetness and melon-berry hop juice, backed by bready lemon notes, finished off by cedar, pine, and resin. On the clumsy side; lacks subtlety. Okay.

Pretty good hoppy lager, meshing the lemon-bread notes of a lager with a nice citrus hop profile laced with passion fruit and melon. Grainy undertones never grow sweet, but the finish leans too far into yeasty breadiness. Still, not a bad pint.

50cl bottle pours a fizzy, nearly opaque black with lots of frothy, khaki head. Very foamy. Nose has plenty of cherry, not just cherry juice and cherry meat, but that sour cherry character you get from Brett C, toast malt too, a little rubber, bread. Flavor is very tart, cherry, grapefruit, celery, vegetal, plenty of wet and stale barrel now, booze, there's a clear caramel and tobacco character. Finishes very full bodied, which takes away from the whole thing.

On draught at 101 Beer Kitchen Dublin during the 7th Annual Barrel-Aged Brunch on 04/28/2019. Flat black pour with some brown around the edges, and a medium thin khaki head that diminishes quickly to a film. Sparse patches of lace. Aroma of bourbon, malt, vanilla and chocolate. Medium to full body with flavors of oaky bourbon, charred malt, vanilla and fudge. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Brown can withe a very nice pour. Smells heavily of raspberries, almost artificial. Taste is big bad ass raspberry with volatile whisky back end, yes, every swig the dah same, quite dizzying. Heh, where is the choco nibs? Invisible I'd say.
