Bottle, thanks adam! Pours cloudy light amber with a small white head that dissipates quickly leaving some lacing. Aroma is very bretty, with some lemon and citrus fruitiness poking thru. Flavor is the same, brett, fruity, dry with light bitterness and a touch of tart. Medium body, oily mouth feel. Nice beer.

It pours with a mahogany colored body that supports a tan head. The aroma offers sweetened berries, sherry notes and plums as well as some tartness leading into sour. The taste is similar with tartness and mild acidic sour citrus as well as muted malt sweetened berries and raspberries. This is a little dry and I’m loving the balance between the sweeter barrel notes and base beer with the tartness and sour.

Big thanks to Sledutah, Craig! It pours with a mahogany colored body that supports a tan head. The aroma offers up a sweet dash of smooth brandy, smooth earthy notes and some malt sweetness that gives way to tart Brett. The taste begins tart and somewhat acidic with a thin brief sweet brandy note here and there. It ends a bit on the sour side.

Cloudy gold with lace. Funk-ass nose, grapefruit zest, a bit of vinegar, some grape, and some piss. Tangy flavor, honey, nice sweetness, grape, grapefruit. Quite sour--light and crisp. Good.

Many thanks to the Indy crew for sharing this! It was one of many enjoyed last night. colin and the rest of the guys laid serious pipe in Waterbury....Purple hues, super hazey Sour tart and vinous. Great blackberry taste. Insanely tart so an ounce is good enough
