Bottle courtesy of AZ crew during driveway tasting. perfect brew for hot friday afternoon although had this a later on. pours hazy pale yellow with nice white head. Aromas of sour tartness, kiwi, and horseblanket. Tastes of lemons, kiwi, mango, minerally, funky vinegar, and oak. really refreshing could drink this all day

Bottled. Huge raspberry nose, acid, funk, wood. Very nice. Cloudy, dirty red-brown with lace. Quite sour flavor, nice fruit, wood, minerals, acid and vanilla. Quite nice, though a bit unrefined.

Tap at the barrel cellar - cloudy gold - frothy, well-sustained head - nose of moderately acidic citrus oil/peel, earthy/musty notes, a touch of sulphur - soft carbonation in the mouth - flavor is medium dry - sharp citrus oil flavors throughout - moderate bitterness, becoming overly bitter in the finish - finish is like sour grapefruit -as in a lot of recent releases by this brewer, the oak is far too strong and lingers far too long on the palate - meh.

375 ml bottle from Ratman. Nose is horseblanket, yeast, citrus, and mild tartness. Lightly hazy yellow with a small white head. Flavor is slightly funky, just a hint of lemon, and some yeasty caramel malt.

375 ml bottle a gift from my friend the Ratman! Nose is light funky and tart with a fruity sweetness and a bit of lactic acid and oak. Murky orange tinged yellow (almost the same shade as the clear Coronado Idiot I drank just before this) with a small yellow tinged head. Flavor is lightly tart and hoseblanket with a some citric lemony notes and a sharp finish.

Bottle shared by Ken at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours very hazy gold with a white head. Sweet fruit and tart brett aromas. Flavor is light peach with brett. Not strong and harsh, just tasty, earthy brett.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of hops, citrus fruits, caramel, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, wood, roasted malt, and caramel, leading to a dry roasted finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours brown with an orange hue and a dense and lacing off-white head. Bretty, farty nose atop some sour berries. Medium body, heavy funk and barnyard, very subtle roast and a distinct lactic tartness. Clearly a Sour - not much left of the original Black IPA. 270413
