Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of adnielsen. Pours a cloudy golden with a small, off-white head. Amazing aroma of sophisticated aroma and white grapes combined with a great tartness. Light body, tart, overripe fruit - very tart - sophisticated noble rot and again these very refined barrel notes. Loads of funk and bugs. Amazing! 220413

Bottle shared with Adam in NH - big thanks, amigo. After a strong initial gush, the beer pours murky gold with a faint, white cream head. Big funky aroma, hints of plastic. Light to medium sweet flavor, damn funky, with some of that Band-Aid character. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately tart to finish, decent balance. Good.

Bottle courtesy of TooManyBeers. Sugared fruit - apple and pear, light spicy oak, and funk aroma. Cloudy honey gold with a moderate white head. Tart lactic, sweet citrus/pineapple, spicy oak, dank basement funk flavor, and some very faint bittering in the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Very nice, easy drinking saison.

Flavor is the same, very light sweet, light tart, light funk. Floral, and somewhat astringent. Medium body, nice carbonation. Not a bad beer at all.
