Bottle at home. Pours brown with a tan head. Aroma is all about the ground coffee, massive ground coffee! Aside from that, light notes of dark chocolate, roasted malt, caramel and a slight nuttiness. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A nice porter.

Picked up at the bottle shop at De Molen many manny months back. The 33cl bottle, filled right to the tippy top mind you, pours a bottle conditioned too long mammoth three inch mocha head. The aroma is punctuated by the effervescent carbonation pushing up burnt malts, malt balls, chocolate and a light dark roasted coffee note. The taste is nice with dark roasted malts, some mild burnt malts, dark roasted coffee and a mineral sort of yeasty note. It gets chocolate malt balls here and there too. This is tasty stuff indeed.

Bottle, courtesy of skortila. Ruby reddish - brown colour, tan head. Nose is hoppy, fruity and floral, oranges, biscuit malts. Fairly bitter. Flavour is biscuit malty, caramel, slight toastiness, fairly bitter. Barleywine-esque minus the sweetness. Really good stuff.

Bottle, courtesy of skortila. Dark brown colour, tan head. Nose is initially fruity, coffee, roasted malts. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee, bit fruity. Medium carbonation. Good amount of coffee. Nice name.

Gusher. Huge offwhite lasting head. Hazy opaque amber body with visible particles. Resiny strawy citric aroma with caramelly malty notes. Dry resiny orangey taste with caramelly notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish mouthfeel. Dry resiny tropical fruit and oranges aftertaste with dusty floral notes. Really nice and highly drinkable. (0.33l bottle, wine monopoly, Vika, Oslo.)

Bottle bought from the Pigs Ear Beer Festival. Black pour with a tan head. Dark fruit nose with strong hints of raspberry ripple, vanilla and some light coffee notes. Quite smooth. Flavours of black treacle, demerara sugar and dark chocolate, Rich roast flavour. Dry. Very nice.

33cl bottle shared with Dutchdrebus. Nice red color with a medium sized off-white head. Smell hops, lightly malts, slightly sweetish and some fruits. Taste malts, hops, a pleasant bitterness, some fruityness, a touch of alcohol. Full body, medium carbonation. Pleasant.

Bottle thx to Benzai. Ruby colour with a small off-white head. Smells some hops, bit malty, slightly like a new plastic shopping bag. Tastes very bitter, the same plastic bag taste like in the smell, hops, sweet. It has a weird taste and the best way i can describe it is plastic shopping bag. Full body, soft carbo.

330ml Bottle (Thanks Benzai) - Black with a foamy tan head. Interesting and distinctive aroma with notes of coffee, chocolate and some tart malt. Roasted, malty and hoppy taste with liquorice, coffee and plain chocolate detected. The taste is quite pleasant, but there is a slightly unpleasant element to the aroma which spoils it a little.

33cl bottle. Dark golden colour with a foamy and large white head with good lasting. Aroma is hoppy with citrus hints. Flavor has notes of peach, grapes and light orange. Dry final with a decent bitterness. Carbonation is low to medium. Body is medium.
