Bottle from winooski beverages.
Dark amber pour, small beige head. Beautiful citrus aroma, light fruit and some night nutty malts. Flavour is more great hops and solid bready malts. Finish is a fantastic floral hoppiness, with a great bitter bite. Wow! Impressive!

500ml bottle. Mango aroma with notes of pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, rose, chamomile, grassy hops and pine. Pours clear golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and good wispy lacing. Starts with mango, pineapple, rose and tangerine flavors. Finishes dry but quite smooth with grapefruit, chamomile, grassy hops and pine flavors. Good stuff.

Bottle from Beer Boutique, New York. Gorgeous classic West Coast IPA with piney hops, grapefruit, malt, caramel, and orange. Sweetish flavour with a medium bitterness. Body is medium. I miss this style of beer these days, so this is a most welcome find.

Brewer's Tap draught, 2/2/25.
This flight taster was poured about an hour ago and still has a full, tan head on it....
Rich Demerara and molasses with good acidity and cocoa notes. No sugar or alcohol.
Soft, rich, lightly sweet with caramel, prune, cigar and molasses. Rich and flavorful without the typical heavy roasted coffee and typical bakers chocolate. Big body but appropriate attenuation with fig, currant and brown sugar lingering. Not getting too much Belgian character. No booze noted.

Bottled 05NOV24. Pours a ever so slightly hazy golden body and a firm, frothy white head with long retention. Aroma's: citrussy hops, citrus fruit. Retronasal there's citrus, light malty grains, light bitterness. Flavour is moderate bitter with a hint of sweet. Light medium bodied. Bitterness increases in the finish, but doesn't get harsh.

Bottling date Oct16/2024. Pours a slightly hazy golden body and an almost white head with pretty good retention and lacing. Aroima's: somewhat resinous, but there also hints of soft fruit, notably melon. Retronasal it's light melon, soft fruit, malts, light resin. Flavour is moderate bitter with some malty sweetness. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Long finish, just above moderate bitter. Strikes me as not too fresh, but still quite nice,
