Sharing this beer yesterday with Raoul at the ex pibar, a really enjoyable west coast ipa, rather classical, brewed on the American way, rather dry, malty, decent bitterness, citrus, tropical note, lychee, refreshing.

Keg at Tapps Conwy. Hazy-opaque dark peach. Thin foamy white head almost instantly retreats to the rim. Aroma has sour fruit. Slightly pithy. Dank. A hint of the vinous. Flavourwise it's similar. Sour. Fruity. Slightly vinous. But all rather low key. Light-medium bodied. Slick. A tad pithy. Soft carbonation attempts some fizz. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Bland Sour.

31/5/2025. Can shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy/cloudy pale orange gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, tropical, orange, pineapple, malt, touch herbal. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Foamy carbonation. Pretty decent.
