Cloudy brown color, with a smal sized head, not very persistent. Balanced aroma, with some caramel, wood, vanilla, leather, mild chocolate. Round mouthfeel and full body, with low carbonation; good malt flavor, well sweet but not syrupy or dense, with caramel, some wood and sweet nuts; there is no evidence of the red wine barrel aging, and luckily no ashes from the cigar, although it pricks on the tongue in a mild but similar way as a cigar. Pleasant but not too complex.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks troubles. Clear golden with a bit off-white head. Nice floral and citric hops aroma with yeasty hints. Flavor has a bit of malt sweetness, a bit of yeasty fruitiness, floral hops and a mildly bitter citric finish. Medium-bodied.

Made with oats, orange peel, coriander, peppermint and honey! Cloudy pale gold beer. Good white head. Soft wheaty malt and a little peppermint on the nose. Light crisp palate, semi dry. Spritzy malt, subtle well blended coriander and orange. A decent touch of spearmint at the finish and mint and minerals in the aftertaste. Smooth and light honey sweetness. Subtley complex, lots going on here. Very drinkable.
