Glass at de Hemel, not to be confused with that other Hopverdomme by some Belgian brewery, golden orange beer, medium head. Aroma is citrus, orange, hops. Taste is the same, malty, dry, bitter, not bad.

Bottle from Bierkoning, thanks Eddan. Amber with a small head. Sweetish with malt, dried fruit, brandy, caramel and some warming alcohol. The body was full and the finish long.

Bottle at Den Koopman, Amber to dark red beer, small head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit, dark fruit, sweet. Taste is the same, warm alcohol, sweet, little bitterness. nice one.

(Draught at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht, 26 July 2017) Dark brown colour, almost black, with creamy beige head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with notes of caramel, dark fruit, raisins, prunes and dark bread. Malty taste with caramel, roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruit and a mild spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.
