Can thanks to Savada. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong white wine, salt, lime zest. Thin body, Pineapple juice, grape, sea salt, light finish, enjoyed this.

Draft sample at Dominion Wine & Beer, thanks Tyler! Union brewed version for CBC 2017. Slightly hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, citrus. Tastes of herbs, citrus, light floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish.

Rerate at brewery, cleaner, more umami mushrooms and dark choc. Backlog rating from 2015 at the brewery. Dark chestnut, low offwhite head. Roast, Dark sugar nose. Medium light body, mellow mouthfeel. Light fruity, dry roast, pleasant aromatic finish.

On tap at Churchkey, pours a very hazy yellow with some lacing, white head. Nose has floral notes, lightly musky, some lime and citrus, muddled tropical fruit. Flavor follows, lemon, lime, grass, melon without the sweetness, floral. Finishes creamy, nearly chewy, with not a ton of bitterness. Good, not great.

On cask at Churchkey, pours a murky, dark orange with some sudsy, off white head. Nose has nice orange and vanilla notes, the IPA base is there in the nose, caramel too, hand soap. Flavor falls apart though, oily and astringent, heavy black tea, vegetal, some new wood. Finish doesn’t help either; watery and oily like a bad salad dressing.

Sampled at Churchkey pours a dark brown/black with some cloudy beige head. Nose has malt and toast, coffee bean but mild, marzipan. Flavor is chewy with malt and nougat, light roast coffee, cracker, some light black pepper. Finishes dry and chewy. Could amp the coffee up a touch more, but nice.
