Smooth dry beginning. Rich and deep, grainy with a nice Ale-yeasty back. Round and deep with a nice dry malty body. Refreshing and moderate bitter. Nice.

440ml can from Stonemanor, The British Store near Brussels. F: medium, tan, avalanche effect, good retention. C: coppery, clear. A: soft caramel malty, bit biscuits, fruity. T: malty, some caramel, bit grassy and fruity, decent bitterness, medium body and carbonation, ok, drinkable.

440ml can into pint glass. From ALDI, Riverwood. Nitro-can! So it looks a treat, copper coloured beer with a creamy crown on top. Solid lacing down the whole glass. No carbonation. Nose is mild malt with a hint of grain. Mild and malty with some sour grain and a touch of liquorice right at the end. Bog standard bitter designed to be drunk quickly and often.

440ml can with nitro. Pours clear good with a tall and creamy white head. Aroma is corn, paper, malt. Taste is the same. Very watery. Very simple.
