Description

Beer came gushing out the bottle. Taste of smoked ham, with a little roastedness. Body is a bit thin. Decent beer, better than I thought.

Geschmack leicht hefig, fruchtig säuerlich, einfach schlecht.

Bottle at the Gouda Winterbier fest, 2014. Poured a clear dark brown with a round light tan head. The aroma is rich overripe fruit, malt, marmite yeast. The flavour is strong bitter with a rich fruity alcoholic yeast palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. It’s kinda strange that I liked this one a whole lot more than some of my fellow raters at the same fest!
