On tap at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam on 18th November 2022. Almost impenetrably black with tan foam and full lacing. Fresh coffee beans aroma. Coffee, dark chocolate and rich roastiness in-mouth and a finish reflecting all three. Full bodied with an engaging texture.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 24 Aug 2022) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grass, resin and spices. Malty, hoppy taste with citrus, grass, resin, grapefruit and a generous citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and tasty, with a generous citric hop profile. Very nice.

Pours a black colour and a small light beige head. Aroma's of hard roasted malts, light coffee/mocha, and a hint of berries retronasal. Flavour is roasted, moderate bitter with a hint of sweet, drop/licorice. Light bodied. Long finish, roasted, fairly bitter. Solid.

330ml can at home on 26th November 2022 from Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Pours a hazy copper caramel malts, spices and tropical fruits in aroma. Juicy fruits, nutty malts and peel in-mouth and a rewarding tangy fruit finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a light body.

Boozy and big, but one of ultjes best efforts. At least the base beer is classic. Beer trmple ams
