Amber color, small white head. Fruity but also dry hoppy aroma with horseblanket yeasty notes, which I slighlty disturbing. Medium bodied. Sweet fruity Amarillo hoppy (peach, passion fruit, pinewood) flavor with lots of aromatic nuances. Pinewoody and tropical fruityness in the aftertaste. Quite good malty backbone for 4.5 % beer.

Bottled, alc. 5.2 % (BB 03/2010)
Dark ruby color, small creamy tan head. Sourish roasted coffeish nose. Decent carbonation. Light roastyness, coffee and light licorice. Nice malt profile, oily mouthfeel, roasted aftertaste. There is also some sourness, seems that also Seppo and Patrik had it in their bottles, so it seems to be in all bottles of this batch ... a beer to try again.

Hazy orange color, good cloudy white head. Tropical fruity and grassy hoppy aroma. Crisp carbonation and quite foamy. Dry palate. Pale malty, a bit woody, aromatic hoppy flavor. Lingering fruity bitterness in the finish. As Seppo mentioned, quite La Chouffe -like, but with less alcohol.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of jbrus. Very cloudy amber golden with an off-white head leaving laces. Aroma of yeast and citrusy hops. Medium body with a sweet fruitiness, yeast and phenols and then a very distinct bitter finish - somewhat astringent and leathery. I’m still not too convinced about the idea of blending Belgian yeast and American hops in the same beer. 190608

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Hazy reddish brown with a lively, bubbly beige head. Distinct aroma of hard roasted malt, smoke and tar. Medium body with a very lively carbonation, solid burned malts, fruit and again - smoke and tar. Dry finish without any greater bitterness. Fine one. 140608

Hazy amber color, small white head. Strong grassy-floral hoppy aroma. Foamy mouthfeel. Grapefruity, dry hoppy flavor with pinewood plank woody notes. Another good beer from Molen. This one is perhaps just a bit too dry.

Flavour is roasted malts, sour coffee as well as salted licorice and mild notes of caramel malts. Good porter.
