Bottle, seems to have been intended for New Year's Eve. bb 11/25. Almost clear amber with a dense white cm of head. Aroma of singed toffee and white grapes, hints of champagne breadiness. Sweet, smooth despite medium high carbonation. Alcohol drifts just beneath the surface. Brioche, grapes, grassy bitterness. Not very saisonish at all but good.

Bottle from Kvickly, Odder. Clear brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and juniper. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Soft. 170525

Bottle @ Mathews Tasting. Pours reddish dark coffee brown with medium off-white head. Aroma is intense cocoa, dark chocolate, dry tobacco, ground coffee, cherry seeds, and black tea. Taste is very sweet, and light to medium bitter. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of prunes, raisins, dark chocolate, cocoa, cream, oak and vanilla. Excellent beer. Very sad that they are closing down the brewery.

Bottled 330ml. -from Sir William's Ljubljana, shared with Hrabren. Darker amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, caramel and light juniper in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light juniper and spicy touch with nutty notes in the finish. Light licorice as well.

0.33 l bottle thanks to Ogi who brought it from Slovenia, thanks. Unclear amber, small off-white head. Intense spicy aroma, black pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, licorice, caramel, a bit harsh, too intense. Smooth, light body, sweet caramely, bready. A bit thin. Still quite drinkable for a 7.3%. Finishes sweet.

Bottle from Daily Delis Amsterdam (?). Hazy black, stable, foamy, beige head. Aroma of lime, thyme, cress, black pepper, black tea, pink grapefruit, blackberry. Taste has sweetish brambleberry and fig and a sourish streak of lime in a toasty malt body, surrounded by spicy cress, black tea and black olive. Herbal & earthy hops in the finish, lingering spicy black pepper, cress and herbs; dash of coffee too. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Unusual to say the least; lots of different flavours to enjoy.

33cl Fles, dank Harmen! Zwarte kleur, beige-bruine kraag. Turf, vingerverf, gebrande mout, redelijk zoet, dik, chocolade, koffie, meer turf, hint van rozijntjes en bruine suiker, tikje vanille, bitterzoete finish met nog meer turf. Volle body. Ouderwets goed.

Clear dark brown beer, small irregular off-white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: yeasty, malty, grains, cow fodder, a little floral. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: gentle roast, weird acidity, fruity, passion fruit, kiwi, bitter touch. Aftertaste: bit weird, fruity, a little sweet, passion fruit, tropical fruits, a bit soapy, ok but not great.
