Clear golden coloured body with a hint of gold and amber, but very clear, all with a single centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of brett (of course), yeast, grass, hay, yeast, light fruit and a good chunk of lemon essence. Light-bodied; Sharp grassy and herbal flavour with a dry oak and floral flavour with a little sour note, but this is purely a saison, with no hops at all to speak of. Aftertaste shows a very dry finish with the grass, hay, yeast and flowers the strongest and only a smattering of lemons and brett and nothing else. Overall, a decent beer with a nice complexity due to the brett and the yeast strain, but this simply doesnβt hold up compare to some others - this is interesting and will age nicely. I sampled this 37,5 cL wax-capped bottle purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Bowery), New York on 18-June-2015 for US$9,99 sampled at home when the Broncos won the Super Bowl L on 07-February-2016 - congrats Peyton.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy dark amber orange with a medium off-white head. Aroma is actually pretty light on the pumpkin, instead featuring loads of nutmeg, earth and some miscellaneous spiciness. Flavour is very earthy and dirty, with dirty yeasty notes, nutmeg and a touch of cinnamon. Tastes very scorched. Not a fan.

Just reading all of the stats and specs on this beer was convincing to say the least. What a fascinating beer, even before trying it. Draft 12 oz pour at Brouwers. Rating #1999. A year that reminds me of Austin Powers every time I think of it. Awesome tap handle/ bottle by the way. Dark orange pour with a mountain of foam head. Aroma Isa semi sweet and sour orange fruit, which is a fragrance I would pay for in itself. I love these hybrid styles. Has its hop profile, but complimented by a sweet peach, tropical fruit, and a solid sour backbone. So easy to drink. Lingering palate of sweet tropical fruit and hop bitterness. Standout beer for sure. Excellent stuff.

750 ml bottle pours out A amber color topped with a sandy head. Nose is very sweet some fruit notes along with a strawberry sented cleaner. Taste is more of the sweet fruit a nasty chemical burn taste and not much else worth talking about. This could be one of Trinity brewing worst beers.

Waxed bottle poured and split. Clear copper pour with a big bubble head. Apple and sweet malt aroma. Harsh boozy front, with an apple and gentle spice late flavor. Tastes as strong as it is. Dominant apple flavor. Fun beer that borders a few styles. Pretty good beer
