Wax top bottle poured. Cloudy peach orange pour with a fading fizz head. Aroma and flavor both suggest fruit, and I’m a little shocked to learn they didn’t use any. Ruby red like aroma. Flavor is citrus, mostly grapefruit, with a nice hop profile throughout. Acidic grapefruit finish. Nice sour level. I’m going to add sourness to the rating scale from now on. 6/10 in sour. Delicious beer.

At a tasting, big bubbly slightly gushing, fluffy head, clear yellow color, aroma of citrus and saison yeast with some spiciness in the back, fruity rubbery flavor with some almond, quite dry.. Strait forward, well made and highly enjoyable saison.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks troubles. As "Three Flowers Saison Vieille". Clear yellow-golden. Aroma is spicy, fruity, a bit earthy, with floral notes. Slightly sweetish flavor, rather dry, fruity, slightly spicy, with a faint bitterish finish. Medium-bodied.
