Can at work, courtesy of the brewery. Te jó ég, 2016 telefonált és kéri vissza az IPA-ját, kurvajó, gyantás, kicsit gyümis, füves, magabiztos, de nem bántó keserűvel, és pofátlan balansszal. Bomba (de legalábbis egy jól sikerült főzet és nagyon jó állapotban lévő doboz)

Black color with minimal beige head.
Aroma: rich and sweet - vanilla, molasses, toffee, butterscotch, cinnamon, licorice, coconut.
Taste: vanilla, toffee, butterscotch, warming ABV, light roasted and sour notes.
Full bodied, low to moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness.
Oily, high viscosity, rich and dessert, very good.

Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours golden, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is fairly hoppy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly bitter. Final is herbaceous.

La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto, con una punta moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è lungo e pulito. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato arrivano note di miele, agrumi, mango e fragola.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello birroso superiore color marrone chiaro resiste poco. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il piano sottostante si presenta opalescente. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta note di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, cereali, nocciole tostate, frutta secca e agrumi.
