Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from local 'trinkgut'. Clear, golden amber with a few white bubbles on top. Sweetish, minimally sourish, gently fruity aroma of baked apple, vanilla and honey. Medium sweet, minimally sourish, gently fruity taste of baked apple, walnut and some honey, followed by a short, slightly tart, just moderately dry finish. Thin body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay, too sweet though.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass @ Scooper Tasting. [ As Heil Bio Cidre lieblich ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate apple, sweet apples, yellow apples, red apples. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apple, yellow apples, red apples, apple, light dry.
