Bottle 750ml. clear glass. [ As Heil Bio Cidre Trocken ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, red - green apples, apple skin, light wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, apple skin, green apples, red apples. Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, fruits, sugar, lactose acid and has a nice sour citric finish.

Flasche („Cooper’s Cloudy Cider", 33 cl) vom Edeka am Prager Platz, Berlin. - Eine Mischung aus 73 % Apfelwein, 25 % Apfelsaft und 2 % Zitronensaft. - Trübes Gelb. - Mild apfelherbe Nase. - Antrunk prominent apfelig (Boskoop), recht süß und nur mild säuerlich. Etwas zu deutliche Zitrone (hier schmeckt der Zitronensaft heraus), leichte Zimtnote. Bizzelig rezent, mild trocken. Im Abgang milde holzige Herbe in zimtiger Apfelfruchtigkeit. - Angenehm fruchtiges Apfelweinmischgetränk, wenig komplex aber süffig.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white layer. Sweetish, minimally sourish and quite fruity aroma of ripe apples. Rather sweet, minimally sourish, quite fruity taste of ripe apples, followed by a short, slightly tart and a bit dry finish. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay, rather sweet, like sourish apple juice.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’. Slightly hazy, golden yellow, no head. Sweetish, a bit sourish, moderately fruity aroma of ripe apples and some straw. Sweetish, moderately sour, musty and slightly fruity taste of ripe apples, some straw and a touch of wood, followed by a short, moderately tart finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent mouthfeel, flat. Not very nice.
