Bought at Liquor Shed in Casper. Dating is not an easy thing to figure out.
Pours a slightly hazy pale gold with an inch of foam and lacing is good.
The smell is typical German Pils smell. Hoppy, noble like, decent malty aromas. Cracker...
The taste is the same as the smell but to me, not as intense. Good hoppy smack at first but shrinks after a few sips. Cracker malt seems to hold its own.
Good mouthfeel, good Pils. I might buy it again.

500 ml bottle, as 'Pinkus Original', online from Raynville Superstore. Pours clear gold with huge white foam. Aroma: bit metallic, then grains, bread & lager yeast. Taste: light to moderate sweet with lighter bitterness, light bread, mild citrus & lemon. Light to medium body with foamy carbonation. Not a great deal to it, but it's not terrible. This is a long way from the Dusseldorf Alt that I imagined i was buying. I'll try anything once though!

500ml bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours hazy pale yellow - gold with a medium, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh floury bread, toasty grain, grass, straw, general fruitiness, candied lemon and stone fruit. The taste is dryish, fairly crisp, bitter - sweet, grassy, straw, some grain, biscuit and bread which dries out through the finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Aroma has a nice fruity edge to it. Taste is a touch more lacklustre. Drinks fine.

500ml bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours clear amber - brown with a bubbly white head. The aroma is earthy, leafy, brown bread, toasty spice, touch of toffee and fruit cake. The taste is dryish upfront, bitter - sweet character, touch of caramel/toffee, brown bread, some spice, earthy, leaf and some walnut with a dry finish. Average body and fairly mellow carbonation. Nothing wrong with it, perhaps just a bit forgettable. Ok.
